Save the date, it’s party time! - Saturday 8th December

Although we are only in September it’s time to organise numbers for this year’s Christmas party.
We took on board feedback from last year, and instead of individual parties for each nursery we have booked one venue, exclusively for Acorn.
This ballroom at The Holiday Inn, near Newport Pagnell is ours for the night, therefore we may be in
a position to extend the invite out to partners (numbers pending)
Can you please let your manager know if you would be interested in attending, and If possible, if you would like your partner to come too (we need to know this by Friday 28th September)
The party is open to all, regardless of age and position.
We are heavily subsidising the price, making it only £20.00 per person to attend
(partners price £40.00 per ticket)
Payment can be taken out of October and November’s wages (£10.00 per month),
or we can take the full £20.00 in October’s pay.

Location: Holiday Inn, Junction 14, Milton Keynes, MK16 OJA
7.00pm – Drink on arrival with canapes
7.30pm – 3 course dinner (wine with dinner)
Awards will be announced during the evening.

Hotel Accommodation
We have a reduced rate on hotel rooms for the night, the discounted price will only be available until the beginning of November so book early to avoid disappointment.
The rates are £65.00 bed and breakfast (double or twin room) or £59.00 room only (again double or twin room).
Rooms are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis. To book a room you must call up the hotel directly and quote Acorn, Saturday 8th December – the number is 01908 613688 and option 4 to get through to reception.
