Cranford Holiday Club provides a range of activities for children aged between 4 – 11 years old.  The holiday club is situated in Cranford Village Hall, amongst plentiful green space which can provide the experience of a forest school. The children are encouraged to be creative, inquisitive, free spirited and independent whilst having fun and creating those lifelong friendships. It is a great way for children of all ages to come together and have some fun in a safe and secure setting.

The club runs from: 8.00am - 5.30pm, Monday-Friday (excluding Bank holidays)

Easter Holiday: Monday 11th April - Thursday 14th April 2022 & Tuesday 19th April - Friday 22nd April 2022

2022 Fees

Full day
8.00am - 5.30pm, £29.50 per child
Includes breakfast, tea plus snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Morning session
8.00am - 1.00pm, £16 per child
Includes breakfast plus a morning snack and drinks.

Afternoon session
1.00pm - 5.30pm, £16 per child
Tea plus an afternoon snack and drinks.

Short Day session
8.00am - 3.30pm, £24 per child
A packed lunch is required for this session. Snack and drinks.

The Village Hall in which the holiday club is run, has one large, light room offering plenty of space, a kitchen space, a secure play space outside and additional field space around the garden area.

The children have free flow access to an outside area along with the large village hall. The children also enjoy regular Forest School sessions which include, woodland walks, minibeast hunting, tool use including, drills and saws and building and lighting fires. We have available a wide range of activities that children have free access to, including, arts and crafts, baking, board games, puzzles, role play and construction, as well as yoga and music man Mark who visits frequently.

We offer a variety of healthy meal options which the children can help to prepare and self serve. Examples of our menus are as follows:

Breakfast – Cereals, toasts, crumpets, fresh fruit, milk and fruit juice.
Tea/snacks  - Sandwiches, cheese and crackers, pasta, fresh fruit and vegetable sticks and dip and popcorn.

Children are required to bring a packed lunch.

Meet Izzy, our Holiday Club Manager

Izzy started working for Acorn as a play worker at the holiday club.  She has since now completed her apprenticeship with Acorn achieving a distinction and is now a qualified level 3 early years practitioner.

Izzy is very passionate about her job and loves new challenges.
