About our After School Club

The Wolery After School Club provides fun and engaging childcare for children after school. The club has 16 places that cater for children from 4 to 8 years of age. The club is open to all children who attend the Castlethorpe school.

2022 Fees

The club runs term time only from 3pm – 6pm, Monday-Friday, £11.00 per child.

A light hot/cold tea is provided for the children which comprises of foods such as, savoury cheese scones, soup and jacket potatoes along with sandwiches and wraps. All allergies and dietary requirements are catered for.

Fresh fruit and water are also always available for the children.

The club uses one of the school classrooms, which provides children with the space to explore a range of activities. The toilets are located next to the classroom and there is a large outdoor space where children like to climb and run around.

We are lucky enough to be in a village that offers a lot of green spaces where the children can go on local walks, collect conkers and play in the pocket park. We offer a range of creative activities, such as painting, making slime and a range of creative malleable play. Children also enjoy a range of play outside from playing football, running around and construction.
