All Acorn staff have an obligation to observe a professional code of conduct outside of work as well as at work, to ensure that their behaviour does not endanger colleagues or the children we care for. If a member of staff is reported as deliberately breaching social distancing rules that the government have put in place, they will be asked not to attend for 14 days and may lead to disciplinary procedures. Teams need to feel confident that they can trust their colleagues not to put others at risk. If you know of any employee going against the government guidelines, we encourage you to speak to your manager or a member of CSO.
