                          Meet Lucy Barber -

Senior Forest School Leader and Outdoor Practitioner

Lucy has been with Acorn for over six years working across various Acorn nurseries, and is very excited to have taken the role as Senior Forest School Leader and Outdoor Practitioner at our Nature Kindergarten and Forest School Holiday club at Emberton. Lucy achieved her childcare Level 3 qualification whilst working at Acorn and fell in love with Acorn's approach to Forest School and all things outdoors! Lucy has also completed her qualification in Forest School and loves being able to apply all that she has learnt into the Nature Kindergarten at Emberton.

Lucy has a passion for the outdoors and loves seeing children's excitement when exploring the great outdoors. Lucy loves being able to encourage and support children's innate fascination with the natural world and finds joining them on their learning journey is nothing short of amazing.
