Our menus are planned by a group of the catering staff, along with the Catering Manager and the Director of Operations. Once they are agreed the menus are analysed by the Early Years Nutritional Partnership to ensure they are nutritionally balanced and meet the minimum levels for in respect of the food groups and nutrients, but also importantly the maximum levels for salt, saturated fats and refined sugars. We also consult with the local Dental Team around oral hygiene, particularly in relationship to sugar consumption.
